Report a repair

Please don’t report emergency repairs using the online form. If you have an emergency repair to report (such as an uncontainable leak from a radiator or a heating pipe) please call Gasway immediately on 01603 258617 and someone will be on hand to help you.

If your emergency is out of office hours please call 0344 980 3333 (and press option 4 followed by option 1) between 6pm and 8am and your call will be directed to our out of hours team.

If you smell gas or think there is a gas leak you should contact the National Grid straight away on 0800 111 999. See our health and safety section for more advice.

For non-urgent repairs, please fill in the online form below. 

Examples of non-urgent repairs are:

  •  one radiator not getting hot
  •  noisy heating system
  •  heating pipe that has a containable leak.

Always ask to see
your engineer's badge

All Gasway engineers are Gas Safe registered, wear company clothing and carry identification badges. Insist on seeing it before you let them in your home. If you are unsure or have any doubts, you must phone Gasway to confirm the identity of the engineer.
